| Profiling of candidate compounds against GPCRs is important for determining whether the compound has potential therapeutic liabilities. Millipore’s GPCRProfiler service is the first complete functional cell-based assay platform that uses a common validated calcium readout for over 140 GPCRs. This common readout allows a broad GPCR profile to be determined for a set of compounds.We profiled a dozen small molecule compounds against a complete panel of over 100 GPCRs for their selectivity and some for their rank order of potency.
