Our Certified Customer Care Engineers provide expert, professional support for the installation, validation and maintenance of your water purification systems. Working together with end-users and appropriate Facilities personnel, they follow a comprehensive pre-installation checklist to ensure that Millipore water purification systems are installed in your laboratory in compliance with all applicable codes (i.e. electrical, plumbing). We support installation of both individual water systems and total water systems, and also offer design and engineering support for larger volume central systems requiring pretreatment, storage, and distribution to multiple points-of-use.

To keep your water system operating at optimum performance, we can schedule pre-defined preventive maintenance visits to coincide with needed replacement of consumable cartridges. Customer Care Engineers will verify delivery of the required consumables, ensure proper installation of the cartridges exchanged, and inspect systems to determine if replacement of spare parts is needed. Millipore service plans are designed to meet your needs for optimal water quality and system reliability.

Qualification Services for Validation

Issued by different regulatory bodies, such as the FDA and MCA, regulations such as Good Laboratory Practices (GLPs) aim to improve the quality and reliability of data produced by a lab. Any instrument operating in a validated laboratory should ideally operate within specifications 100% of the time, provide automatically documented evidence of this fact, and warn the operator if performance is outside specifications.
