Sample Preparation

Isolation of the target protein from cell or tissue samples is essential for any immunochemical reaction to occur. Whether through cell lysis or further purification and concentration, the epitope of the antigen needs to be accessible to the antibody for an antibody:antigen complex to form.

Our products can be integrated into each step of your sample preparation work flow—from lysis
buffer, to protease inhibitors that prevent degradation of target proteins, to centrifugal devices for purification. We offer cell and tissue lysate samples to be used in western blotting or immunoprecipitaiton applications as well as protein extraction kits to aid in isolating your target protein.
