The IC50Profiler Express service provides for the rapid generation of IC50 curves on customer-supplied compounds against any of the kinases in our KinaseProfiler panel.
The IC50 value is estimated by preparing a 10 point curve using a ½ log dilution series (for example, a typical curve may be prepared using the following compound concentrations; 100 µM, 30 µM, 10 µM, 3 µM, 1 µM, 0.3 µM, 0.1 µM, 0.03 µM, 0.01 µM and 0 µM).
