Specificity:
Recognizes Rat PECAM-1. Antibody gives positive reaction at high dilutions against recombinant rat PECAM-1, confirming specificity.

Application Notes:
Flow Cytometry: 1:10-1:100, use 10 mL per 10e6 cells in 100 µL.

It has also been reported that clone TLD-3A12 is reactive in zinc formalin fixed tissues treated with proteinase K. See
