Senior Field Service Engineer / Field Service Engineer (In-house Service Engineer) (Shanghai)
(Lab Water \ Bioscience Division)

Responsibilities
l Implement China Lab Water Service Management System (Safari), be in charge of Service Job Schedule/Dispatch of Product Installation. Preventative Maintenance and Service Repair Visit from Customer Service Request.
l Support China LW Service Team to solve the technical problems at the first line through 800 Hot-line, and make service job arrangement of all service activities more efficiently.
l Technical support to our customer, distributors and internal departments on any technical and operation problems via 800 Hot Line.
l Technical support for pre-sales and after-sales by 800 hot line: collect and identify the potential leads and pass to sales team. Solve the call-in service issues by telephone and pass the necessary unsolved issue to service team.
l Take the central role of service effectiveness improvement as an in-house engineer.
l Assist training team to manage and repair the demo units in the Training lab.
l Occasionally, might assist to provide sales and service training support as an assistant trainer.
l Occasionally, provide support for marketing activities, including seminar, tradeshow, brochure edition, etc.

Requirements/Qualification
l Bachelor degree in Engineering, Electronics and Bioscience industries. Related disciplines or service skills on solving technical problem. Bioscience is preferred.
l At least 1 year working experience in related industry is preferred.
l High energy, teamwork, self-motivated.
l Be able to work under pressure.
l Good communication skills.
l Good computer technology.
l Good command of both written and spoken English is preferred.
