Senior Sales Application Specialist­_Mid-Tier Market (Shanghai)
(Bioscience Division \ Lab Water)

Responsibilities

l Focusing on East China area, to understand the Lab Water mid-tier market, to identify the market opportunities and design a workable Plan of Actions (POAs) to develop our Lab Water business in the mid-tier market.
l To build and manage the distribution channel in mid-tier market with cooperation and support from Lab Water Distribution Effectiveness Manager.
l To equip himself/herself with professional and comprehensive Lab Water application knowledge.
l To optimize the business revenue return to company via selling the best model for the customers on top of securing the orders of our mid-tier products.
l To handle sales enquiries, establish and maintain customer support. To provide customers with technical information and demonstrations if necessary.
l To propose a tailor-made service process for the mid-tier market with in-depth communication and alignment from service team.

Requirements/Qualification

l Minimum Bachelor Degree in Biochemistry, Chemistry or Biology or related disciplines.
l Energetic, a team player with the ability to work under pressure and meet sales goals.
l Strong interpersonal, communication/customer service skills.
l At least two year’s working experience in laboratory instrument industry.
l At least one year’s working experience in distribution management.
l Able to keep regular travel
l Good command of English
